Build Your Strength

We provide a variety of class types and equipment so you can strength train, build endurance, and work on your mobility. Our classes are thoughtfully programmed with an emphasis on technique and form. Incorporating functional movements, barbells, cardio machines and free weights; there’s something for every muscle who’s willing to hustle.

  • Aloha Training System

    60 mins

    This 8-12 week program is designed so you can see progress in your strength, conditioning and improvements in your body. Open to all fitness levels, ATS is best when you commit to the length of the program. Expect strength training, barbell work, and conditioning, with progressions week on week. We provide tools for you to record your progress as you go along. One of our most popular classes!

  • 75 Train

    75 mins

    An athletic-based, strength & conditioning class aimed at unleashing the inner athlete in you. Classes are team-oriented, competitive, fun & supportive. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just want to train like one, our goal with this class is to bring sports conditioning workouts to your weekly routine. Best suited for those with good fitness experience.

  • Oly Lifting 101

    60 mins

    Understand the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting. Learn proper cues and basic techniques of lifting the barbell safely. Build strength through foundational movements. Personalised programmed that is progressive and well suited for beginners.

  • Aloha Strength

    60 mins

    Build your strength and muscle mass with a mix of bodyweight and free-weight movements in this self-paced class that’s laser-focused on technique and form.

  • Aloha Signature

    60 mins

    Our flagship workout that incorporates both strength training and sharp conditioning intervals. Emphasis on form and technique.

  • Aloha Circuit

    60 mins

    A powerful & challenging class that builds muscular & cardiovascular endurance. Expect resistance training & high-intensity interval work as you move through a circuit that may include rowers, skiergs & assault bikes.

  • Aloha Kettlebell

    60 mins


    A combination of Strength and Conditioning, our Kettlebell class is meant to guide you on how to perform the movements in Kettlebell Training. Develop your skills and take your training to a whole new level with expert guidance to ensure a challenging experience while getting in a full-body workout.

  • Chasing Units

    60 mins


    We use Erg machines & running in this dynamic cardio-focused workout designed to push your limits while achieving the day's target distance, calories, or time, or sometimes a combo of two. Gain techniques & informative knowledge on how to use Ergs to its full potential, subsequently reaching yours too!

  • Aloha Steps

    60 mins


    Aloha Steps is a fun and upbeat class, where we move to the rhythm of the music. Coaches guide you through a series of choreographed routines, combining simple yet dynamic movements that target various muscle groups. Expect specialty coaches to add their own spin.


PROGRAMMES

Train hard, commit to yourself & see results — that’s the Aloha Training System (ATS) in a nutshell. This programme can last anywhere between 8-12 weeks and is suitable for all fitness levels.

 

These specifically designed classes will be available several times a day, every weekday. Expect mobility work, strength training, barbell exercises and conditioning, with progressions week on week. We’ll also provide you with the tools to track your progress. This is finding liberation in consistency, and building on your fitness with PURPOSE & direction. So bring your workout bestie(s), or be ready to make new ones!
